Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani announced Tuesday the setting up of two separate commissions to investigate the alleged large-scale disappearance of Baluch nationalists and the killing of nationalist leader Akbar Bugti in a military operation in Baluchistan Province in August 2006.
