◆ N. Korean firms skirting U.N. sanctions via dummies: U.N. report

NEW YORK, Nov. 19 KYODO
North Korean firms that have been slapped with an asset freeze and other penalties by the United Nations for their involvement in nuclear weapon and missile development programs are still operating via affiliates and dummy firms, according to an interim report by a U.N. expert panel.
