◆Kagawa hospital's ovum mix-up case settled out of court

TAKAMATSU, Japan, Oct. 19 KYODO
A couple who were forced to abort a fetus due to a mix-up of in-vitro fertilized eggs at a Kagawa prefectural hospital reached an out-of-court settlement Monday with the prefectural government for 8.2 million yen in compensation.
