YOKOHAMA, Oct. 9 KYODO
Police on Friday sent prosecutors papers on an Ehime Prefecture man who allegedly threatened to shoot Kanagawa Gov. Shigefumi Matsuzawa for setting the country's first local ordinance that bans smoking inside public facilities.
