Pop idol Shoko Nakagawa, more widely called ''Shokotan,'' promoted a summer event at Tokyo Dome City on Wednesday aimed at helping youngsters meet boyfriends and girlfriends.
     ''I feel 'giza' happy,'' Nakagawa told reporters, using one of her enigmatic signature phrases that means ''very'' and referring to her role in the July 18-Sept. 13 event as ''a special cupid'' to help potential young couples arrange dates.
     Wearing a dress featuring pink hearts, Nakagawa said she paid her first visit to an amusement park nearby when she was just 3 years old.
     ''I've also dreamed about having a kiss at the top of Sky Flower,'' she said, referring to one of the rides at the park.
