◆ Asics founder Onitsuka dies at 89

OSAKA, Sept. 30 KYODO
Kihachiro Onitsuka, founder of Asics Corp., a sports and leisure products manufacturer, died of heart failure at a hospital in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, on Saturday, his family said. He was 89.
